Ingredients

  • 2 large large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
    Slice the bananas into rounds about ½ inch thick and arrange them on the tray.
    In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla and honey (if using) until smooth and creamy.
    Spoon or pipe a dollop of the yogurt mixture onto each banana slice.
    Sprinkle with your chosen toppings.
    Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
    Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight freezer container.
    Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
    Enjoy straight from the freezer or allow to sit for 2–3 minutes before eating for a slightly creamier texture.
