1cupchocolate chips
1tablespooncoconut oil
Banana Peanut Butter Filling
2bananas, sliced, frozen
1/3cuppeanut (or any other nut or seed) butter

Chocolate Cups
Place 10 paper muffin liners in a 12-hole muffin baking pan or use a silicon muffin tray. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave at with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Add about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate to the bottom of each cup and using a silicone brush or back of a spoon brush or push a thin layer of chocolate up the sides of the muffin slots to cover the bottom and part way up the sides. This creates a little cup to hold the filling ingredients. Put back in muffin pan after lining with chocolate and place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
Banana Peanut Butter Filling
Thaw bananas slightly then blend with the peanut butter until smooth.Remove frozen chocolate cups from freezer but leave in muffin pan. Fill each cup with peanut butter banana filling.Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips.Freeze until firm (1-2 hours)Remove from freezer. Peel the paper lining off of each dessert cup to serve.Keep the chocolate cups frozen until ready to eat, and take them out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften.Will keep up to 3 months in freezer.
