Ingredients
1 1/2cupsthick Greek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
1cupfrozen blueberries
4tablespoonswater
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and ensure it fits in your freezer.In a small saucepan, simmer blueberries, water and honey over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly broken down.Let the blueberry mixture cool slightly.In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and protein powder until smooth.Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper, about 1/4-1/2 inches thick.Dollop the blueberry mixture on top and swirl with a spoon or toothpick.Freeze for at least 3 hours until firm.Break into pieces and store in a sealed container in the freezer.
