2cupsblueberries, fresh or frozen
2cupsthick Greek-style yogurt
2tablespoonspeanut (or any other nut or seed) butter
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
2scoopsprotein or collagen powder
1/4cupchocolate chips
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Or use a silicon baking mat.In a medium mixing bowl,combine peanut butter, honey, protein powder and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add blueberries, yogurt and chocolate chips and mix well. Using a spoon, place small dollops of yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Make them as big or small as you like.Place the cookie sheet with the blueberries in the freezer for one hour or more to freeze. Serve once frozen and store leftovers in the freezer.
