1cupthick Greek-style yogurt or cottage cheese

Add frozen banana slices, yogurt or cottage cheese, protein powder, cocoa powder, nut butter (if using), and vanilla to a high-speed blender or food processor.Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
