Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple, chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina

Toppings Optional

  • Desiccated coconut
  • Fresh or dried fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Hemp or chia seeds
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, except toppings and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a serving bowl or dish, add toppings and enjoy!
