1 banana, sliced, frozen 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk 1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt 1 lemon, juice and zest 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (optional for colour)
