Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons any milk if needed

Instructions

  • Place cottage cheese, yogurt, strawberries, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt into a blender or food processor.
    Blend until completely creamy and silky smooth. Add milk only if needed to help blending.
    Adjust sweetness to your preference.
    Spoon into 2 bowls or jars and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a thicker mousse texture.
