3tablespoonscashew butter or almond butter
1/4cupprotein or collagen peptides powder
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract

1cupchocolate chips

Instructions
Line a 12-cavity muffin pan with paper liners or use a silicon snack or muffin mold.Combine the yogurt, nut butter, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract and sea salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together until smooth, thick and creamy. Taste the mixture and add more honey or vanilla if you think it needs it.Divide the yogurt mixture amongst your mold, filling each cavity about 2/3 way full. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours to firm up then melt the chocolate topping.
Chocolate Topping
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Add a teaspoon or two of melted chocolate to the top of each bite, filling that last 1/3 of each cavity.Remove the bites from molds to serveStore in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to two months. Let the bites thaw a few minutes before enjoying for the creamiest texture.Notes:Use a thick yogurt that you love. The taste of the yogurt will obviously alter the taste of this recipe! Full-fat yogurt will create the creamiest bites.
