Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • 1/4-1/3 cup milk of choice (almond, oat or dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (if needed)

Topping Ideas

  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Hemp, chia or flax seeds
  • Nut butter drizzle
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Add frozen strawberries, banana, protein powder, milk and vanilla to a high-speed blender.
    Blend on low, using a tamper if needed, until thick and creamy. Add more liquid only if necessary.
    Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
    Spoon into a bowl and smooth the top.
    Add your favourite toppings and enjoy immediately.
