Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, full fat for the creamiest texture
  • 1/2 cup thick Greek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 scoop protein or collage peptides powder, plain or vanilla
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
