1 1/2cupsalmond flour (can blend almonds into a flour)
1cupcottage cheese
1/2cupchocolate chips
1/4cupvanilla protein or collagen powder
3tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Add cottage cheese, honey and vanilla extract to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour and protein powder until well combined. Taste test and add more honey or vanilla extract if you think it needs it.Gently fold in the chocolate chips for the perfect sweet bite.Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
