1cupGreek-style yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2cupoat flour (or blended oats)
2scoopsprotein or collagen powder
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
2tablespoonspeanut (or any other nut or seed) butter
2tablespoonsmini chocolate chips
2tablespoonssprinkles (optional)
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
In a mixing bowl,combine Greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.Stir in oat flour until fully incorporated. If it seems too thick add a little milk or water a tablespoon at a time (the quantity needed depends on the yogurt consistency and the protein powder used).Taste test and add more honey or vanilla if you think it needs it. Fold in or top (or both) with the mini chocolate chips, sprinkles and toppings of choice.For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.Scoop into bowls or enjoy straight from the spoon!Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
