Ingredients
114.5ozcan coconut milk or cream
2tablespoonsgelatin
1/4cupwater
1.4cuphot water
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Sprinkle gelatin of top of water for about a minute to soften. Add hot water and stir well to dissolve.
Pour coconut milk into a medium saucepan. Heat on medium to boiling.Add gelatin water to saucepan.
Remove from heat, stir in sweetener and vanilla extract.Pour into an 8x8-inch baking dish. Refrigerate until set.Cut into squares or small cubes.
