113.5 ozcan full-fat coconut milk or cream
1cupdates, soaked 30 minutes and drained
1/4cupprotein or collagen peptides powder
1tablespoonnut or seed butter of choice
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
In a blender, combine the coconut milk or cream, protein powder, nut butter and vanilla and blend until completely smooth.Add the dates last and pulse a few times to keep lots of chunks rather than blending smooth. These little pops of caramel sweetness add a wonderful touch.Pour the mixture into a container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes for 3-4 hours to breakup ice crystals.Freeze until solid, then let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
