Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk, frozen in an ice cube tray
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons whipped coconut cream –recipe below in notes

Instructions

  • Place banana, frozen coconut milk cubes, protein powder, coconut oil, coconut flakes into a high powered blender and blend until creamy.
    Top with whipped coconut cream (recipe below in notes) and sprinkle more coconut flakes on top.
