2cupscoconut Greek-style yogurt
1/2cuppomegranate seeds or raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/2cupchocolate chips

Cover a flat tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, half of the pomegranate seeds (or raspberries if you choose to use those), and half of the chocolate chipsSpread it out onto a tray, about ¼-inch thick. I wouldn't go much thicker than that otherwise it will be hard to bite!Cover the yogurt with the rest of the toppings. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.When it's time to cut it, take the bark out with the parchment paper. Give it 2-3 minutes to slightly thaw. Cut on a chopping board or break into 10 pieces or your preferred size. Store in a container in your freezer
