Cocoa Banana Protein Pudding For One

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, honey and vanilla extract.
    Mix well until well combined and taste test. Add more honey, cocoa or vanilla if you think it needs it for a more chocolaty taste or to sweeten it up.
    Spoon into a serving cup or bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    Garnish with toppings of your choice for a decadent, protein-rich treat!
    Other fun toppings include chopped strawberries, nuts and seeds.
