Ingredients
1/4cuprolled oats
1/2cupalmond milk (or milk of choice)
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder
1teaspoonchia seeds
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspooncinnamon
Cream Cheese Glaze
1tablespooncream cheese, softened to room temperature or warmed
1teaspoonhoney
Add Ins Or Mix Ins For More Crunch & Texture
Chopped nuts like almonds, pecans, walnuts
Granola
Coconut shreds
Seeds like hemp, chia or sunflower
Instructions
Combine oats, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a jar. Stir well, leave 5 minutes and stir again to make sure everything is well combined as the liquid is absorbed.In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and honey until smooth.Pour the cream cheese glaze over the oats and swirl it in.Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).Stir before serving and enjoy cold or warmed up.
