Ingredients

Bark Base

  • 2 cups thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peanut Butter Swirl

  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Optional Toppings

  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Melted chocolate drizzle
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Cacao nibs
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla.
    Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
    Line a small tray or container with baking paper.
    Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle ¼-½-inch thick.
    Warm the peanut butter slightly if needed.
    Drizzle over the yogurt layer and use a knife to gently swirl it through.
    Sprinkle over chocolate chips, peanuts, or your favourite toppings.
    Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely firm.
    Remove from the freezer and break into 10-12 bark-sized pieces.
    Store frozen.
