Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Banana slices
  • Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly to prevent clumping.
    Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
    Stir before serving and top with chopped peanuts, banana slices, or chocolate shavings if desired.
