1cupalmond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4cupchia seeds
2tablespoonscocoa powder
2tablespoonspeanut butter
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
1-2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup (to taste)
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, honey and vanilla extract until smooth.Stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly to prevent clumping.Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again.Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.Stir before serving and top with chopped peanuts, banana slices, or chocolate shavings if desired.
