1cupspinach, or any other greens or 1 tablespoon greens powder
1scoopprotein or collagen powder - chocolate or unflavoured
1tablespoonpeanut (or any other nut) butter
1tablespooncocoa powder
Toppings Optional
1/2banana, sliced
1tablespoonpeanut butter
1tablespoonchopped nuts
1teaspoonhemp or chia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until thick and smooth.Pour the smoothie into your smoothie bowl.Top with the sliced banana, peanut butter, chopped nuts and hemp seeds.
