1cuprolled oats
2tablespoonsalmond (or any other nut or seed) butter
1 1/4cupsalmond (or any other) milk
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
2teaspoonscocoa powder
2teaspoonshoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Toppings Optional
Dollop of whipped coconut cream store bought or recipe below in notes
Chopped nuts
Fresh fruit or berries
Chocolate shavings
Seeds like hemp, chia or sunflower
Instructions
Combine oatmeal with almond butter, milk, protein powder, cocoa powder and honey. Mix well and allow to soak overnight. In the morning, divided into two portions, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, fresh berries, and a dollop of coconut whipped cream (recipe below in notes). You can eat it warm or cold depending on your preference.
