These home-made yummy chocolate oat bars taste so much better than any oat bar you would get in the grocery store! All natural, rich and healthy at the same time! Great snackins!

Ingredients
1 1/2cupsrolled oats
1/2cuppeanut (or any nut or seed) butter
1/2cupchocolate chips
1/4cupcoconut oil
1/4cupdesiccated coconut
1/4cupprotein or collagen peptides powder
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 cup raisins or any dried fruits or nuts
Instructions
Line a 8 x 8-inch baking pan or dish with parchment paper on the bottom and sides leaving some overhanging to act as a handle to get the bars out easier for cutting.Place the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil in a medium saucepan and gently warm on a low heat until melted. Stir together as it melts. Once melted, add the chocolate chips and take off the heat. Continue to stir until melted.Lastly add the coconut rolled oats, protein powder and vanilla and stir until all is fully coated in the chocolate mixture.Scoop out into the lined pan and place in fridge to chill for an hour or so. To serve, lift out of pan with parchment paper handles and cut into 16 or more smaller squares if desired.Store in fridge for up to1 week or freezer for up to 3 months.
