This Cottage Cheese Mousse with Magic Shell is high protein, lower carb, and lower sugar. It comes together in just a few minutes and layers creamy cottage cheese, yogurt and a crisp chocolate shell. It’s a chilled, flavor-packed cup that’s simple to make but feels like a treat you will want to keep stocked in your freezer.
1-2tablespoonsfresh or frozen fruit, honey or maple syrup to make sweeter

1/4cupchocolate chips
1teaspooncoconut oil
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed and continuing to blend until smooth and creamy. This will take about 45 seconds.Pour into 2 serving glasses or dishes.

Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 30 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Once melted drizzle a thin layer over the top of the mousse. Refrigerate until set 1-2 hours.
