Chocolate Banana Split Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas, chopped and frozen
- 1 can Full fat coconut cream or milk
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil, warmed until liquid
- 4 Dates
- 2-3 tbsp Cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Serve as soft serve or place in freezer until firm.
