Ingredients
Chocolate Fudge Base
1cupcashew butter
1/2cupchocolate or vanilla protein powder
2tablespoonscocoa or cacao powder
2-3tablespoonsmaple syrup or honey
2tablespoonscoconut oil, melted
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Berry Topping
1/2cupfresh strawberries, chopped
Chocolate Drizzle
1/2cupchocolate chips
1teaspooncoconut oil
Instructions
Line a 7 x 5-inch loaf pan or dish with parchment paper on the bottom and sides leaving some overhanging to act as a handle to get the bars out easier for cutting.In a bowl, mix cashew butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth and thick.Press the mixture evenly into the lined pan. Place the diced strawberries on top, pressing them down into the fudge a little as you do so.Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours or freezer for 30–45 minutes until firm.
Chocolate Drizzle
