2cupsstrawberries, fresh or frozen
1cupcoconut milk
1/2cupGreek-style yogurt
1/4cupchia seeds
1/4cupdesiccated coconut
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Add all the ingredients (except the chia seeds) into a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.Lift the jug off the base, remove the lid and pour in the chia seeds.Use a spatula to stir the chia seeds through the strawberry yogurt mixture, making sure to get down under the blades.Divide the mixture between two glasses.Place the chia puddings in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will soak up the liquid and thicken to a pudding-like consistency.Garnish with coconut, additional yogurt or berries.Best enjoyed within 5days.
