These Yogurt Bites are a healthy high-protein and low sugar frozen fruit dessert. Made with just 5 ingredients – cherries, yogurt, honey, protein powder and a splash of vanilla – easy to make and great for everyone!

Ingredients
1cupcherries (fresh or frozen) pitted
2cupsGreek-style yogurt
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2tablespoonsshredded coconut for topping, optional
Instructions
Add cherries, protein powder and vanilla extract to a bowl and with a fork mash the cherries and mix the ingredients together. Its ok to have lumps of cherries as it adds texture to your yogurt bites.Combine yoghurt and honey in a small bowl.In a muffin tin,alternate between a layer of the yogurt mixture followed by a layer of cherries to make a beautiful swirl. Repeat until the muffin tins are filled.Sprinkle each bite with shredded coconut (optional).After letting these yogurt bites freeze for at least two hours in the muffin tin, remove them from the tin and store in freezer bag. They will stay good for up to a 2 months.Cherries: If you can’t get your hands on fresh or dried cherries, you can also use canned cherries or replace it with any other stone fruit like apricots, plums,nectarines or blackberries.
