Ingredients
3/4cupcashew (or any other nut or seed) butter
1/2cupalmond flour
1/2cupalmond (or any) milk
1/2cupthick Greek-style yogurt
1/4cupprotein or collagen peptides powder
1/4cupcoconut oil, melted
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Topping
1/2cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Add ingredients to a food processor (except for topping) and blend until a thick dough forms. If the mixture seems too dry, add milk a tablespoon at a time until it comes together. Or if it seems to wet, add more almond flour or protein powder.Add to 8 parchment paper lined muffin cups, or use a silicon muffin or bar mold and top with chocolate chips and freeze for 45 minutes.Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw before eating!
