Instructions
Add cashews to the blender along with the water, dates, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth (2-3 minutes).Pour the cashew mixture into a jar or mixing bowl and add chia seeds. Mix well and give the mixture a stir a few more times or give the jar a shake to avoid the chia seeds clumping.Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.Spoon into bowls and top with a dollop of the coconut cream, chocolate chunks, bananas and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
