Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk of choice, if needed

Instructions

  • Add frozen bananas, grated carrot, protein powder, yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to a high-speed blender or food processor.
    Blend until thick and creamy.
    Add milk only if necessary to help blending.
    Scrape down the sides as needed.
    Once smooth and creamy, spoon into serving bowls.
    Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
