Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 medium carrot -peeled,chopped
  • 1 cup any milk - dairyor plant-based
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen powder
  • 2 dates for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - optional, for added warmth and flavor

Instructions

  • Add the frozen banana, carrot, milk, protein powder, dates and cinnamon to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
