Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tablespoons almond milk, if needed

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
    Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
    If the pudding is too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your preferred consistency.
    Spoon into 2 serving bowls or jars.
    Chill for 30 minutes if you would like an even thicker, fudgier texture.
