Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk of choice (if needed for blending)

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, blueberries, protein powder, sweetener (if using), and vanilla to a blender or food processor.
    Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
    Add a small amount of milk if needed to help blend, keeping the mixture thick.
    Blend again briefly to create a light, whipped texture.
    Spoon into a bowl or jar and enjoy immediately, or chill for 20–30 minutes for a thicker consistency.
