Blueberry Lemon Protein Fluff

Only five ingredients in this easy protein fluff recipe. Made with frozen berries this high-protein snack recipe is refreshing and more like a frozen treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder, flavoured
  • 1/4 cup hemp or any plant-based milk
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • Extra blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
    Process for 5-8 minutes, making sure that everything is combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides The longer you process the more it fluffs up.
    To garnish fold extra blueberries through the fluff. If using frozen blueberries, chop them up and swirl them through.
    Top with any other favorites and eat immediately.
