Ingredients
1banana, sliced, frozen
1cupblueberries, frozen
1scoopwhey protein powder, flavoured
1/4cuphemp or any plant-based milk
1lemon, juice and zest
Extra blueberries for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor.Process for 5-8 minutes, making sure that everything is combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides The longer you process the more it fluffs up.To garnish fold extra blueberries through the fluff. If using frozen blueberries, chop them up and swirl them through.Top with any other favorites and eat immediately.
