1/2cupalmond or coconut milk
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
2teaspoonsblue spirulina powder
3dates
Toppings Optional

Instructions
Place frozen banana, milk, protein powder, blue spirulina powder and dates in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to get things moving (less milk will result in a thicker smoothie bowl).Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings and serve immediately.
