Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick Greek-style yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder (adjust for colour intensity)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chopped nuts
  • Seeds like hemp or sunflower
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    In a bowl, whisk yogurt, protein powder, blue spirulina, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
    Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared tray, about ½ cm thick.
    Sprinkle chosen toppings evenly over the surface.
    Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
    Break or cut into 10 (more or less) pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
    Storage: Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let sit for 1–2 minutes before eating for the best texture.
