1cupblueberries, frozen
1/2banana, sliced, frozen
1/2avocado
1/4cupmilk of choice
2teaspoonsblue spirulina powder
1scoopprotein or collagen powder
2dates
1tablespoonchia seeds
Garnish
1tablespooncoconut, shredded
1/4cupblueberries, fresh
1/4cupblackberries, fresh

Instructions
Place frozen banana, blueberries, dates and ¼ cup milk in blender. Blend. Add more milk, if needed to get things moving (less milk will result in a thicker smoothie bowl).Add avocado, spirulina, protein powder, chia seeds and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings and serve immediately. For the toppings…whipped coconut cream (recipe below in notes) takes this smoothie bowl to a whole new level of nutrition. Nuts or nut butter are a great source of healthy fats. Seeds are full of fiber and contain many important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
