  • 1 cup mango, pieces, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, chunks, frozen
  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk or cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder (whey isolate, plant-based, or collagen peptides)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

  • Add frozen bananas, mango, and pineapple to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Pour in coconut milk and add protein powder, blue spirulina, vanilla, and lime juice (if using).
Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until thick, smooth, and creamy.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if fully frozen.
    Serving Ideas
Top with toasted coconut flakes, fresh tropical fruit, granola, or a drizzle of coconut butter.
This recipe provides approximately 20–25 grams of protein per serving, depending on the protein powder used.
