Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, sliced, frozen
  • 3/4-1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia or hemp seeds
  • 4 dates, or 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional for a real cakey flavour)
  • 1-2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles + extra for topping

Toppings Optional

  • Whipped coconut cream – store bought or recipe link below in notes
  • 2 tablespoons Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except sprinkles to a high-speed blender.
    Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy.
    Stir in sprinkles or pulse briefly to mix through.
    Pour into a glass and top with extra sprinkles if desired.
    Make It Your Own
    Extra protein: Add collagen peptides or extra Greek yogurt
    Vegan: Use plant-based protein and dairy-free yogurt
    Lower sugar: Skip sprinkles or reduce banana slightly
    Thicker smoothie bowl: Use less milk and top with crushed cereal or coconut.
