Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk or your choice
  • 1/2 cup thick Greek-style yogurt, vanilla or unflavoured
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, vanilla or unflavoured
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Whipped coconut cream – recipe below in notes
  • A couple sprinkles of Sprinkles!

Instructions

  • Using a blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
     Pour into glass and add whipped coconut cream and sprinkles on top.
     Notes: Use more banana if you want a thicker smoothie.
