1cupold fashioned rolled oats
2cupsalmond milk or milk of choice
1/2cupthick Greek-style yogurt
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
2tablespoonscashew butter
2tablespoonschia seeds
1/2teaspoonalmond extract
Topping
Dollop of whipped coconut cream - recipe link below in notes
2tablespoonsrainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a bowl or mason jar. Stir well to combine. Seal the container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture. You will notice that the oats soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more milk before serving.
