1/4cupalmond flour
2-3tablespoonsmaple syrup or honey (to taste)

Instructions
Line a tray or plate with baking paper.Add cottage cheese, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract (if using) to a blender or food processor.Blend until completely smooth and creamy.Stir through half the sprinkles and the chopped nuts..Spread the mixture onto the lined tray into a rectangle about ½-inch thick.Sprinkle remaining sprinkles over the top.Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.Break into 10-12 bark pieces and store frozen.Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let sit for 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
