1/2cupalmond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2teaspoonxanthan gum
1-2teaspoonsmaple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)

Add frozen cauliflower, banana or berries, protein powder, milk, xanthan gum, and sweetener to a high-speed blender.Blend on high for 1–2 minutes.Stop and scrape down the sides. Blend again until thick, fluffy and increased in volume.Fold through the chocolate chips.
