2rice cakes
2tablespoonspeanut (or any other nut) butter
2teaspoonsprotein or collagen powder
1/2cupsliced fresh berries
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Hemp or chia seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, protein powder/ collagen and vanilla until smooth and combined. Spread in an even layer on each rice cake.Top each rice cake evenly with berries and a pinch of hemp seeds or toppings of choice.
