In small microwave-safe bowl, heat nut butter for 20 seconds or until softened. Stir in honey until incorporated. Or place in a small saucepan and gently warm until melted.Add granola to nut butter mixture and mix well until coated.Divide the granola mixture into each of six silicone standard muffin cup or four 8-ounce ramekins, gently pressing down with spoon to form a crust layer.In a small bowl, place yogurt and protein powder and mix well together. Taste test and add some honey or sweetener if needed. Some protein powders are already sweetened so you may not need it.Top each crust with an equal portion of yogurt.Mash thawed berries in small bowl with a fork. Divide among top of yogurt layer, using tip of spoon to slightly swirl into yogurt.Freeze for a minimum of 1-2 hours or overnight. Let thaw on counter for 1 minute before peeling out of silicone cup or removing from ramekin.Store in freezer for up to 3 months and let thaw before eating.
