Raspberry Layer
1cupraspberries
1cupwhipped cottage cheese
1/4cupmilk

Blueberry Layer

Instructions
Raspberry Layer
Place raspberries in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash into a puree. Some chunks remaining is fine. It adds texture.Add whipped cottage cheese, honey and milk and whisk all together until smooth and creamy. Add a touch more milk if needed if the mixture seems too thick.
Vanilla Layer
Place cottage cheese, honey, milk and vanilla extract in a small bowl and whisk all together until smooth and creamy.
Blueberry Layer
Place blueberries in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash into a puree.Add cottage cheese, honey and milk and whisk all together until smooth and creamy. Add a touch more milk if needed if the mixture seems too thick.
Assembly
Alternating colors, pour or spoon cottage cheese mixtures into 6-8 popsicle molds depending on your preferred size. Add sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnightTo remove popsicles from molds, run molds under hot water until you can pull on the popsicle sticks gently release popsicles from molds.
