Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups thick Greek-style yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-3 tablespoons milk of choice (as needed for blending)

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor.
    Add yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Blend on low, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
    Add small amounts of milk only if needed to keep the mixture thick.
    For soft-serve texture, serve immediately.
    For firmer frozen yogurt, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping.
