1cupalmond milk or milk of choice
1medium banana, sliced, pre-frozen
2-3dates, stones removed, roughly chopped
1tablespoonalmond (or any other nut or seed) butter
1scoopprotein or collagen powder
1teaspoonchia seeds
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Optional Extras
1/2teaspooncinnamon
handful spinach or kale
Optional Toppings
1tablespoonalmonds, roughly chopped
Sprinkle of granola
Slices of banana
Drizzle of nut butter
1teaspoonchocolate chips
Instructions
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the toppings, using any of the optional ingredients if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy.Pour smoothie into a glass and top with your favourite toppings.
